Missed this week's service? Catch up on all the latest news and events at St. John's:
Along with many churches throughout the country, we will be encouraging people to 'come back to church'. Do you know someone who might welcome being invited back? We will have posters and invitations available to help all of us to invite friends and family to our services. Please pray about this exciting opportunity and who to invite.
Lord Carey, previously Archbishop of Canterbury, will be our guest at St. John’s to speak and respond to questions about this important subject and how it affects our whole life discipleship. The evening starts at 7.30pm and all are welcome.
This is a day not to be missed. Our aim at St. John’s in the next 12 months is to be better at resourcing, sustaining and equipping all the members of our church, young and old, to be whole life disciples. There will be a children’s programme, breakfast and lunch will be provided and we hope that every church member will try to attend. The day starts at 9.15am and ends at 4.00pm. The homegroup studies during autumn will follow up the teaching on the day.
